Flip the Script Return & Refund Policy

At Flip the Script, every product is custom-made with care and attention to detail. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we only offer refunds or replacements under the specific circumstances outlined below.

Refund & Replacement Eligibility

  1. Damaged or Defective Items
    If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • Email us at customerservice@flipthescript.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
    • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
  2. Misprints
    If your order has a printing error, please let us know within 7 days after delivery.

    • Provide photos showing the misprint, and we will correct the issue with a replacement and/or refund.
  3. Exclusions

    • Incorrect Size Ordered: We DO NOT offer refunds or replacements if you ordered the wrong size or wrong address. Please refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order.
    • Change of Mind: Refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse are not accepted.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled if they are requested in the first 2 hours.
  • To cancel your order, email us at customerservice@flipthescript.store AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Once production begins, cancellations CAN NOT be processed.

  1. Contact us at customerservice@flipthescript.store with the following:

    • Order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Photos of the product (if applicable)
  2. Once the issue is verified, we’ll provide further instructions.
